摘要
针对TU1铜材料,通过采用Auto CAD建立加工系统的几何模型,利用DEFORM将几何模型有机结合,并利用有限元法模拟整个连续等径角挤压工艺过程。针对TU1铜在连续等径角挤压过程中的摩擦、温度等的因素进行二维数值模拟,以分析连续挤压与等径角挤压结合的可行性与存在的问题,并对其进行有效解决,为尝试将金属线材的晶粒超细加工连续化做好理论上的铺垫工作。
A new extrusion process simulation system of TU1 copper in continuous equal channel angular pressing was developed by the finite element method which combining geometric model of AutoCAD and DEFORM. The feasibility and existing problems of integrating continuous extrusion and equal channel angular pressing was analysed by the two dimensional numerical simulation of friction, temperature,etc.The effective theory method was proposed for metal wire of ultra-fine grain in continuous processing.
