摘要
高校图书馆的人性化服务和秩序管理,应该是并行不悖的。作为高校图书馆的管理者,应该在坚持以人为本、人性化服务的同时,与读者达成管理认同,科学合理的处理好人性化服务与秩序管理的关系。人性化服务需要管理制度的外在约束,秩序管理是人性化服务的有利保障。
The People-oriented service of the university library and the order management should run parallel. As the managers of the university library, we should cooperate with the readers to manage the library well under the background of people-oriented service and deal scientifically with the relationship between the people-oriented service and the order management. They both can help each other to run well.
