摘要 学习文化作为人类整体文化的一个重要组成部分,是一种学习取向的特定文化,是学习者在学习活动中产生与凝结成的为群体所普遍认同的稳定的存在与发展方式。学习文化研究拓展了学习研究的视野,近二十年来取得了长足发展。具体而言,学习文化研究丰富了学习文化的定义、要素和特征,关注了学习文化创新课程观念、唤醒主体意识和优化人性的功能,探讨了文化融合理论、文化哲学理论、情境认知理论和学习型组织理论等理论基础,发展了地区学习文化、课堂学习文化以及教师学习文化等具体学习文化,分析了学习文化所遭遇的功利主义挑战、社会环境局限和团队学习阻碍等发展困境,提出了关注和开发技术对学习文化的支持作用以及重视和优化大学学习文化的创新方向。展望未来,我国学习文化研究需要重视视角交叉、启动多切入点的综合分析,重视从微观层面深化研究内容并加强对学习文化的反思批判、前沿展望、综述总结和实证研究。 As an important part of the whole human culture,learning culture is a "learning-oriented culture".It is a kind of stable way of existence and development that is formed in learning activities and acknowledged widely among community.In the past two decades,learning culture research extends the vision of learning research and makes substantial progress.Concretely speaking,learning culture research enriched the definition,elements and characteristics of learning culture,paid attention to the function of learning culture on innovating curriculum idea,awakening subject consciousness and optimizing the function of the human nature,discussed some theory basis of learning culture,such as cultural integration theory,cultural philosophy theory,situated cognition theory and learning organization theory,developed some specific learning cultures,such as the regional culture,classroom learning culture and teacher's learning culture,analyzed the development predicament of learning culture from the challenges of utilitarianism,the limitations of social environment and the obstruction of individual learning,and put forward the support of developing and focusing technology,recognizing and optimizing the innovation direction of the university learning culture.In the future,the learning culture research in our country should strengthen angle crossing,do comprehensive analysis with multiple entry point,deepen the research content from the micro level and increase the reflection and criticism,prospect,summary,and empirical research of learning culture.
