国外移动设备的典型教学应用及实施策略——兼论其对我国电子书包深入应用的启示

The Typical Teaching Application and Implementation Strategy of Mobile Devices in Foreign Countries——Discussion of Its Implications for the In-Depth Application of E-Schoolbag in China

移动设备及各种智能终端设备在教育教学领域的应用,正成为各国推动教育信息化发展的一项重要举措。国外移动设备教学应用的典型项目包含资源支持、教学设计与活动组织、教师培训计划、学生21世纪技能培养、效果评估等共同要素,实施过程中注重进行多领域多学科的应用实践、开展多样化的教与学活动及模式、关注持续发展的影响因素及管理策略、重视应用效果检验与评估、强调教师的作用及教师专业发展等策略。我国教育领域大规模开展移动设备教学应用的探索是以电子书包这一形式展开的。虽然这一项目已取得显著成绩,但当前发展还面临资源建设较滞后、应用环境不理想等问题。我国应积极对待并理性实施电子书包及移动设备教学应用项目,借鉴国外移动设备教学应用的经验,在实践中逐步拓展其应用范围,重视电子教材、电子书等学习资源的深度开发,关注教师专业发展,优化应用环境,建立各方利益主体协同机制,开展电子书包教学应用的效果检验与评估研究。

The application of mobile devices and intelligent terminals in education is becoming an important measure to promote the development of education informationization in every country.The common elements of typical projects in foreign countries include resource construction,instructional design and activity organization,scheme of teacher training,cultivation of students＇ skills needed in the twenty-first Century,effect evaluation and so on.The implementation strategies include the practice in many fields and disciplines,the diversified activities and patterns of teaching and learning,attention to the influencing factors and management strategies of sustainable development,emphasis on the test and evaluation of effect and teachers＇ professional development.The exploration of teaching application of mobile devices is carried out in the form of e-schoolbag in our country.Although the project has made remarkable achievements,the current development is also facing some problems,such as lagging resource construction,unsatisfactory application environment,etc.We should implement the project of e-schoolbag actively and rationally,learn from foreign experience,expand the scope of its application gradually,pay attention to the in-depth development of learning resources,focus on teachers＇ professional development,optimize the environment of application,establish a cooperative mechanism of multiple stakeholders,and carry out related research on the test and evaluation of its effect.
