摘要
12Cr10Co3W2MoNiVNbNB钢为自主研制的9%Cr^12%Cr高强度马氏体耐热钢,与传统的Cr-MoW耐热钢相比,具有高温强度高、抗蠕变性能和抗氧化性能好等优点。研究12Cr10Co3W2MoNiVNbNB的焊接性,测定了焊接接头的常温拉伸、弯曲、冲击、高温拉伸等。结果表明,焊接接头的常温力学性能和高温拉伸均能满足620℃超超临界汽轮机高压隔板的设计和使用要求。
12Cr10Co3W2MoNiVNbNB steel developed for 9%Cr- 12%Cr martensite heat-resistant steel, high strength and compared to the traditional Cr-Mo-W heat resistant steel, with high temperature and high strength,good creep resistance and oxidation resistance, etc. In this paper,research the weldability of 12Cr10Co3W2MoNiVNbNB,and the determination of the welded joint of room temperature tensile, bending, impact, high temperature tensile, etc. The results show that mechanical properties of welded joint at room temperature and high temperature tensile can satisfy 620℃ uhra-supercritical steam turbine design and requirements of the high pressure separator.
