摘要
主减撑杆是飞机上的重要零件,目前主要采用15CrMnMoV钢制造。焊接时采用国内研制的H15CrMnMoV焊丝,采用钨极氩弧焊进行焊接,但部分零件在焊后产生裂纹,不能满足生产的实际要求。分析产品的裂纹,原因是氩气超标产生氢致裂纹。对15CrMnMoV钢的焊接裂纹进行失效分析,分析表明氩气水分超标是产生裂纹的关键因素。
The main reducing rod is an important part of the aircraft, mainly produced by 15CrMnMoV steel. Welding is used in the domestic development of H 15CrMnMoV welding wire,the use of tungsten argon arc welding, but some parts in the welding crack, can not meet the actual requirements of production. Analysis of cracking products, the reason is the hydrogen induced cracking of argon. Failure analysis of welding crack of 15CrMnMoV steel, the analysis shows that the key factor of the crack is the excess of argon gas.
