突发公共卫生事件传播:理论模型与实证研究

Communication in Public Health Emergencies:A Review of Theoretical Models and Empirical Studies

有效的信息传播和风险沟通能够控制突发公共卫生事件发展,保障社会的正常运转,是应对、处理、解决社会危机的重要方面。文章考察了传播学、管理学、社会学、公共医学、计算机科学等多个研究领域,通过系统梳理近二十年来国内外有关突发公共卫生事件传播的理论模型和实证研究文献,对现有的危机与突发公共事件传播模型进行了总结和思考,指出国内外有关突发公共卫生事件的实证研究及其结论存在不足,并在此基础上对未来的研究进行了展望,为我国突发公共卫生事件传播研究提供参考。

This study provides a systematic overview of recent studies concerning communication in public health emergencies within research areas such as communication,management,sociology,public health,computer science,etc. Based on the literature review of theoretical models and empirical studies about communication in public health emergencies,this study pointed out the issues in current studies,shedding light on the future directions of this area of research.
