摘要
目的建立RP-HPLC法同时测定清肺化痰丸(麻黄、苦杏仁、陈皮等)中4种成分的含有量。方法清肺化痰丸甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent TC-C18(2)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相0.2%磷酸-乙腈,梯度洗脱;柱温25℃;体积流量0.8 m L/min;检测波长207 nm(麻黄碱、苦杏仁苷)和278 nm(橙皮苷、黄芩苷)。结果麻黄碱、苦杏仁苷、橙皮苷和黄芩苷分别在0.158~3.950、0.216~5.400、0.164~4.100、0.160~4.000μg范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率(RSD)分别为99.68%(1.90%)、99.27%(1.15%)、98.83%(1.31%)、98.70%(1.09%)。结论该方法简便快速,灵敏准确,重复性好,可用于清肺化痰丸的质量控制。
AIM To establish an RP-HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of four constituents in Qinfei Huatan Pills( for resolving sputum due to lung conditions)( Ephedrae Herba,Armeniacae Semen Amarum,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,etc.). METHODS The analysis of Qinfei Huatan Pills methanolic extract was performed on a 25 ℃ thermostatic Agilent TC-C18( 2)column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0. 2% phosphoric acid flowed at 0. 8 m L / min in a gradient elution manner. And the detection wavelengths were set at 207 nm for ephedrine and laetrile,and 278 nm for hesperidin and baicalin. RESULTS Ephedrine,laetrile,hesperidin and baicalin showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 0. 158- 3. 950 μg,0. 216- 5. 400 μg,0. 164- 4. 100 μg and 0. 160- 4. 000 μg,whose recoveries were 99. 68%,99. 27%,98. 83% and98. 70% with the RSDs of 1. 90%,1. 15%,1. 15% and 1. 09%,respectively. CONCLUSION This accurate,sensitive and well reproducible method is easily practicable for the rapid quality control of Qingfei Huatan Pills.
