A Shallow Discussion on the Driving Function of the IP Department to Other Departments in Medical Equipment Enterprise

当前,国产医疗器械产业急需实现由"中国制造"到"中国智造",再到"中国创造"的战略转变,作为企业创新驱动力的专利部门就显得尤为重要。在本文中,笔者基于医疗器械行业的特点,探讨了在医疗器械企业中专利部门如何与其他各职能部门配合,将医疗器械企业的创新推向更高的阶段。

At present, the domestic medical equipment industry need to implement the strategic transformation from “made in China” to“wisdom in China”, to“create in China”. As the driving force of enterprise innovation, the IP department become very crucial. In this article, the author would discuss shal owly that how the IP department in medical equipment enterprise cooperates with other departments in order to push the enterprise innovation to a higher level.
