腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术(LAVH)治疗巨大子宫肌瘤疗效及疼痛分析

Laparoscopic Assisted Yin Type Total Hysterectomy(LAVH) Huge Uterine Fibroids Curative Effect and the Analysis of the Pain

目的：观察巨大子宫肌瘤（HLU）实施腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术（LAVH）的疗效及疼痛状况。方法：择取2015年7月~2016年7月于我院诊治的HLU患者92例资料，依手术方式设研究组与对照组，各46例，前者予LAVH治疗，后者予传统开腹切除术（TA H），观察两组手术指标及疼痛情况。结果：研究组手术时间、出血量、下床活动时间等手术指标少于对照组（P〈0.05）；研究组VDS、VAS评分低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：HLU患者实施LAVH治疗可缩短手术、下床活动及肛门排气时间，减少出血量，疼痛轻。

Objective Huge uterine ifbroids （HLU） implementation of laparoscopic assisted the curative effect of Yin type total hysterectomy （LAVH） and the status of the pain. Methods 92 cases of patients with data set in accordance with the operation team and the control group, 46 cases per team, who was maked a diagnosis and give treatment of HLU from July 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital. The operation team was given to the LAVH treatment, The control group was,given to the Traditional open resection （TAH） .so observing two groups of operation indicators and pain.Results The operation team’s operation time, blood loss, ambulation time operation indexes was such as less than the control group （P〈0.05） and VDS, VAS score was lower than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion HLU implement LAVH treatment can shorten the surgery, ambulation and anal exhaust time, reduce the bleeding, light pain.
