某院2013～2015年抗高血压药应用情况分析

Analysis on application situation of antihypertensive drugs in a hospital during 2013-2015

目的评价遵义市第一人民医院抗高血压药的应用情况及趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对2013~2015年该院抗高血压药的销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）等进行统计分析。结果2013~2015年该院抗高血压药的使用中钙离子拮抗剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻断剂及β受体阻滞剂4类药物的销售金额及DDDs均位居前4位,其销售金额和DDDs均呈逐年上升趋势。左旋氨氯地平、依那普利、美托洛尔的DDDs稳居前3位,且均呈逐年上升趋势。结论该院抗高血压药的临床使用基本合理,基本符合目前国际抗高血压用药原则。

Objective To evaluate the application situation and trend of the antihypertensive drugs in the Zunyi Municipal First People′s Hospital to provide reference for rational use of drugs in clinic. Methods The sales amounts,medication frequency（DDDs） of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital during 2013-2015 were analyzed. Results During these three years,the antihypertensive drugs were mainly calcium channel blockers,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors,angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocker and β receptor blockers 4 classes,their sale amounts and DDDs occupied the top 4 places and showed a increasing trend year by year. DDDs of levamlodipine,enalapril and metoprolol firmly retained the top three,moreover which showed an increasing trend year by year. Conclusion The clinical use of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable and conforms to the international use principle of antihypertensive drugs.
