经颅磁刺激治疗周围神经损伤的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 经颅磁刺激治疗(transcranial magenetic stimulation,TMS)是从20世纪80年代开始发展且现已较为成熟的一种安全、无创、无痛的非侵入性治疗技术。其主要利用时变磁场作用于刺激区域及其相关区域,并产生感应电流,引起局部神经细胞去极化,改变神经细胞的动作电位来影响其神经电生理活动[1]。TMS现已被广泛应用于临床医学中多种神经精神系统疾病的治疗,尤其在神经康复领域([2-3])。而对于TMS治疗神经损伤的相关研究较少,本文主要就TMS对周围神经损伤的治疗作用进行综述。
