国内牙外伤研究成果的文献计量学分析

Bibliometrics Analysis of Dental Trauma in China

目的：以文献计量学的方法分析国内牙外伤的研究现状,总结其研究的趋势和特点,以期为后续研究提供可靠依据。方法：在中国知网数据库中以＂牙外伤＂＂dental trauma＂为主题进行中英文扩展检索。检索时间范围：2000年1月1日~2014年12月31日。检索杂志范围：2014版中国科技核心期刊（中国科技论文统计源期刊）中收录的19种口腔医学类中文核心杂志。结果：共294篇文献符合纳入标准,平均发表19.6篇/年;临床研究类文献占241篇,其中94.6%的关注点为恒牙外伤;所有文献中的基金资助率仅为9.18%。结论：国内牙外伤临床研究具有明显的潜力,是提高口腔医学研究国际化水平的良好契机。但是存在地域差异、对乳牙外伤关注度不足、基金支持率较低等问题。

Objective：To review and analyze the literature on dental trauma in China.Methods：We searched in CNKI database using ＂dental trauma＂ as keywords in both Chinese and English from 2000-01-01 to 2014-12-31.Journals included in this study were 19 CSTPCD journals in CNKI 2014.Results：There were 294 articles in total,19.6per year,which were included and analyzed in the present study.Two hundred and forty-one articles were clinical research and 94.6% of them were focused on permanent tooth trauma.Only 9.18% of the clinical articles were supported by funds.Conclusion：Clinical research in China on dental trauma had obvious potentialities.However,problems such as regional disparity,inadequate attention to primary tooth trauma and insufficient funding support also existed.
