摘要 【目的】为解决采棉机采棉头核心部件摘锭易磨损、易折断,与进口摘锭性能相差较大的工程实际问题.【方法】选取迪尔公司摘锭作为研究对象,利用三维扫描反求工程进行进口摘锭的原型重构,经扫描得到进口摘锭原始点云数据后,利用Geomagic软件对数据进行处理并利用Geomagic Qualify进行产品质量分析.【结果】国产摘锭和进口摘锭在钩齿、端部及锥齿轮部位存在较大的尺寸偏差,其中,进口摘锭锥齿轮齿根厚度大、全齿高较高;国产摘锭整体长度较进口摘锭约长1.8mm,从而在其端部产生较大的挠度、在根部产生较大弯矩.【结论】理论分析与数值结果为国产摘锭优化设计提供了新的思路和方向,可以有效促进高性能摘锭国产化. 【Objective】In order to resolve engineering practice problems such as cotton picker ingots easily worn and broken during picking process,comparing the performance difference between domestic ingots and imported ingots.【Method】Imported ingot has been selected as study object.Point cloud data of imported ingot gotten has been processed by Geomagic software and product quality has been analyzed by Geomagic Qualify.【Result】Differences of hook tooth angle,end and bevel gear have been found between domestic ingots and imported ingots.Tooth thickness of hook tooth angle and full tooth height of imported ingots are bigger.The whole length of domestic ingots is longer than that of imported ingots about 1.8mm,the deflection of the end and bending moment of the root is bigger.【Conclusion】The theoretical analysis and numerical results are applicable to the new ideas and directions for the optimization of domestic ingots,which would promote the localization of high-performance ingot.
