大宁煤矿煤层气排采的增产技术措施 被引量:1

摘要 我国煤层气的地面开发在沁水煤田地区形成了规模,但是在实际开采中存在部分钻井的产气量较低、产气持续时间较短等现象,影响了煤层气开发的总体经济效益。本文通过对兰花煤层气有限公司在南上片区布置的61口直井的生产情况分析,结合钻井产气量与产水量的关系,得出钻井产气量低主要是由于钻井位置布设不合理、压裂不合格等原因造成的。因此,提出了优化钻井布设位置和采用二次水力压裂、布置羽状水平井、采用注N2增产的技术措施,为该公司新井布设、老井和低产井增产改造提供理论依据。 The ground development of coalbed methane in Qinshui coalfield has been formed the scale,but part of the drilling existing phenomenon in actual mining such as low gas production and short continued time of the gas production. The overall economic development of coalbed methane is affected. Through the analysis of production situation of 61 straight wells which designs in south area of orchid coalbed methane Co.,Ltd.,combines with the relationship of drilling gas production and water yield,obtains that drilling low quantity of gas production is mainly due to the unreasonable drilling position layout and unqualified fracturing and so on. So puts forward the technical measures such as optimizing drilling installation position and adopting second hydraulic fracturing,arrangement of pinnate horizontal wells,injecting nitrogen to increase production. It provides a theoretical basis for arrangement of new wells and increase production of old wells and low producing well.
