摘要 在稠油井注热流体吞吐开采过程中,井筒隔热工艺一般以减小热传导和热对流为主,而对热辐射的控制考虑较少。为此提出了一种隔热涂层与真空技术相结合的隔热技术,该技术可将油套环空内导热系数降到最低,通过降低油管外壁发射系数达到降低热辐射的作用。通过WELLFLOW软件计算结果表明,该隔热技术可使井筒热损失相比传统井筒隔热工艺减小67%~80%,并且流程简单、设备便捷,在海上油田热采中具有很大的推广潜力。 During the process of injected hot fluids by thermal recovery in heavy oil wells,heat insulation technology is generally adopted by reducing heat conduction and heat convection,while the control of the thermal radiation is less considered,therefore,a new insulating technology combing heat insulation coating and vacuum techniques is provided.The technology can minimize thermal conductivity within casing-tubing annulus and reduce emission coefficient of the tubing outer wall to achieve the effect of lowering the thermal radiation.Compared with the traditional wellbore insulation technology,through the calculation of the WELLFLOW software,the heat insulation technology is of 67%-80%less wellbore heat loss.The technology has great potential for promoting thermal recovery of offshore oil fields for its simple process and convenient advantage of equipment installation.
