主观认知功能下降研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 主观认知功能下降被认为是痴呆的早期阶段,患者出现自我感觉记忆下降的困扰,但并无认知功能障碍的客观临床损害表现。主观认知功能下降的危险因素与阿尔茨海默病相似,影像学尚未发现显著异常。痴呆的脑脊液或血清学标记物可能有助于主观认知功能下降结局的预测,有必要对该人群积极采取干预措施以延缓或避免痴呆的发生。现就有关主观认知功能下降的病理学、影像学、危险因素以及相关预后研究进展进行综述。
