以急性播散性脑脊髓炎为首发的系统性红斑狼疮1例并文献分析 被引量：1

摘要 1病例报告 患者女，25岁。主因“四肢无力20余天”于2015—722就诊作者医院风湿科。2015—6—30夜间无明显诱因出现嘴唇闭合不全，渐出现左侧肢体乏力，左上肢抬举困难，左下肢行走困难，遂于当地医院就诊，2015—6—30行头部CT检查显示右额叶可疑稍低密度影，给予对症治疗（具体用药不详）后症状进行性加重。
