摘要 管舾装生产设计过程中,由于考虑到分段合拢、设备定位、预装管本身制作安装等方面精度原因,需要设置现校管。为加快推进现代数字化造船模式,尽可能消除现场校管,实现无余量造船,节约造船成本,引进了上海船舶工艺研究所设计开发的取样管快速测量出图装置。 During the production design of pipe outfitting, in consideration of the precision of block erection, equipment location and fabrication and installation of pre-pipe, the on-site adjustment pipe is necessary. In order to accelerate the development of modern digital shipbuilding mode, the on-site adjustment pipe should be eliminated as far as possible to achieve no margin shipbuilding and save the cost of shipbuilding. The quick measuring device of the sampling tube which is designed and developed by Shanghai Ship Technology Research Institute is introduced.
