摘要 目的探讨适合婴儿的负压吸引最佳数据,提高护理质量,减轻患儿痛苦,减少并发症。方法选择0—1岁肺炎住院婴儿160例为研究对象,将选定患儿在应用糜蛋白酶雾化吸入时分为4个组,按不同负压水平进行吸痰,吸痰负压分别为10.67~14.53kPa,14.67—19.87kPa,20.00~25.20kPa,25.33~29.33kPa,记录吸痰时患儿心率、呼吸、经皮血氧饱和度的变化,同时观察患儿气道黏膜损伤情况、吸引效果及吸痰时间。结果不同的吸痰负压对患儿BR、R、SpO2、气道黏膜、吸痰时间均有影响。当吸痰负压在14.67~19.87kPa时对HR、R、SpO2影响最小,且气道黏膜损伤轻,吸痰时间短吸引效果好。结论14.67~19.87kPa的吸痰压力最适宜婴儿负压吸引。 Objective To explore the optimal data for infant negative pressure suction, improve nursing quality, alle- viate infants' sufferings and reduce complications.Methods 160 infants aged from 0 to 1 year old hospitalized with pneumonia were selected as the research objects, who were divided into four groups when accepting aerosol inhalation of chymotrypsin.Sputum suction was conducted according to different negative pressure levels,which were 10.67-14.53 kPa, 14.67-19.87 kPa, 20.00-25.20 kPa, and 25.33-29.33 kPa.The heart rate, respiration, changes of tran- scutaneous oxygen saturation of the infants during sputum suction were recorded, meanwhile the tracheal mucosa dam- age, suction effect, and sputum suction time of the infant sufferers were observed.Results Different negative pressure of sputum suction affected the infants' BR, R, SpO2, respiratory mucosa and time of sputum suction.The negative pres- sure of sputum suction from 14.67 kPa to 19.87 kPa had the least influence on HR,R and SpO2,with slight damage to respiratory mucosa, shorter suction time and good effect on suction.Conclusion The negative pressure of sputum suction from 14.67 kPa to 19.87 kPa is the optimal negative pressure for infant sputum suction.
