脸盲症一例报道并文献复习
摘要
脸盲症，也称面孔失认症（prosopagnosia，PA），指患者知觉功能完好，但出现视觉学习和面孔识别障碍，包括先天遗传性和后天获得性。获得性脸盲症是指大脑后天损伤（如脑血管病、脑外伤或脑外科手术后等）引起的面孔失认。该症较罕见，文献报道仅百余例。现将我院收治1例脸盲症患者报告如下。
