中国共产党政策话语建构的文本逻辑——以《关于党在过渡时期总路线的学习和宣传提纲》为中心

Textual Logic in the Policy Discourse Construction of the Chinese Communist Party——A Case Study of On the Outline of Learning and Publicizing the Party's General Line in the Transition Period

新中国成立以后,为完成在中国建立社会主义社会的时代任务,中国共产党依据马克思、列宁、斯大林和毛泽东等人关于过渡问题的重要文本,系统建构了《关于党在过渡时期总路线的学习和宣传提纲》政策文本。该文本是中国共产党过渡时期总路线的完整表述,在政策话语的建构过程中,既重视遵循马克思主义理论科学指导,又强调兑现中国共产党政治承诺,还充分借鉴苏联社会主义改造经验,体现了马克思主义的政策科学和话语建构的文本逻辑,对当代中国共产党政策话语建构具有重要启示价值。

Since the founding of New China,the Chinese Communist Party has systematically constructed the policy text On the Outline of Learning and Publicizing the Party＇s General Line in the Transition Period based on important texts concerning transition issues by Marx,Lenin,Stalin and Mao Zedong so as to complete the epochal mission of building socialism in China. As a complete expression of the Party＇s general line in the transition period,this text has,in the process of policy discourse construction,not only adhered to the scientific instruction of Marxist theories but also stressed being committed to the political promise of the Chinese Communist Party as well as fully learned from the experience of socialist transformation from the Soviet Union,thereby having embodied the policy science of Marxism and the textual logic of policy discourse construction. Therefore,it is of significant inspiration for the policy discourse construction of the Chinese Communist Party at present.
