和谐社会建设视域下的舆情心理及其正向改善研究

A Study of Public Opinion Psychology and Its Positive Improvement from the Perspective of Building a Harmonious Society

在当前和谐社会建设中,民众在政府公信力评价、社会阶层利益分配、中国共产党党性认知、社会管理与法治、民生及社会保障、政府执政效能等六个层面存在较为典型的舆情心理上的不和谐。中国共产党在当下的国家治理上,要切实改善民众舆情心理状态,逐渐消除不和谐因素,就应从问题根源出发,着力在五个维度上高效实施改革:加快社会管理体制改革,重塑政府法治服务职能;优化党员管理机制,永葆党的先进性和纯洁性;打破条块分割利益格局,建立公平的分配制度;以重建的思维和魄力破解困局,建立高效的民生保障体系;建立舆情危机反应干预机制,营造正向的舆论氛围,培育健康的国民心态。

In the current construction of harmonious society,public opinion psychology is not harmonious in six aspects： government credibility evaluation,social stratum profit distribution,cognition of the Chinese Communist Party＇s spirit,social management and the rule of law,people＇s livelihood and social security,and government ruling efficiency. In the current national governance,for improving the psychological state of the public opinion effectively and eliminating disharmonious factors,the Communist Party of China must reform in five dimensions： namely,accelerating reforms in the social management system and reinventing government rule of law service functions,optimizing the management mechanism of Party members and maintaining the Party＇s advanced nature and purity,breaking the fragmentation pattern of interests and establishing a fair distribution system,reconstructing the thinking and courage to break the dilemma and setting up the efficient livelihood security system,and building the public opinion crisis response and intervention so as to create a positive to public opinion atmosphere and cultivate a healthy national mentality.
