摘要
作者在行交锁髓内钉内固定时从顺行改为逆行置入 ,可减少肩部滑囊炎的发生。其出发点是对的 ,但在置针时角度不能过大 ,否则易打穿对侧肱骨干的皮质。在肱骨下段后侧开髓内钉骨槽的形态要适合交锁钉击入的角度 ,而且大小要与其针尾相适应。否则易造成进针口周围骨质劈裂。
