摘要
利用光内送粉技术对小间隙双层斜套的成形工艺进行了研究,采用依次独立堆积路径、法向分层、无错位堆积工艺方法成形了双层斜套。实验结果表明,该工艺可以提升激光成形双层斜套的效率,节约金属粉末,有效保证薄壁件的厚度均匀性和双层斜壁之间的间距稳定性。成形件表面形貌平整,显微组织致密均匀,无裂纹、气孔等缺陷,显微硬度分布均匀。
By means of the technology of inside-beam powder feeding, the formation technology of double-inclined-walledparts (DIWPs) with small gapsis is investigated. By using the methods of sequentially independent accumulation path,normal layering, and non-dislocation accumulation, the DIWPs are formed. The experimental results indicate that thetechnology proposed can increase the forming efficiency of DIWP, save metal powder, and ensure the thickness uniformityof thin-walled parts and the gap stability of the double inclined walls. The formed parts have smooth surfaces, uniformmorphology, no cracks, no holes and no other defects, and uniform microhardness distributions.
