摘要
空间光调制器(SLM)使用波长范围较窄、衍射效率不高,限制了高质量螺旋光束研究的开展。鉴于此,提出一种有效的SLM优化方法,可极大地提高基于SLM制备螺旋光束的光束质量。以650nm波长激光为例,制备了具有不同轨道角动量值的螺旋光束。通过实验分析螺旋光束的强度分布、衍射效率等特征,证明了该优化方法的有效性。
The spatial light modulator (SLM) has narrow wavelength range and low diffraction efficiency, and limitsthe research of high-quality helical beams. Based on this, an effective SLM optimization method is proposed togreatly enhance the quality of helical beams produced by SLM. A laser with 650 nm wavelength is used as anexample to produce the helical beams with different orbital angular momentums. The intensity distribution anddiffraction efficiency of the generated helical beams are analyzed, and the experimental analysis proves theeffectiveness of the proposed optimization method.
