On the Relationships of First-class Discipline Construction in Universities

一流学科是一流大学的基础,也是一流大学建设的重要内容。学科建设是一个复杂的系统工程,涉及学校内部和外部多方面的关系。需要处理好院系谋划与学校顶层设计的关系,学科高峰、学科高原和学科生态的关系,学科、专业与课程的关系,学科、人才与体制机制的关系,学科规划、实施与评价的关系。

First-class disciplines are the basis of first-class universities, and also the important components in building first-class universities. Discipline construction is complicated and systematic, involving many internal and external relationships of the university. Disciplinary development needs to accurately deal with the relationship between to the planning of departments and top-level designs of universities; the relationship among the discipline peak, plateau and ecology; the relationship among disciplines, majors and courses; the relationship among disciplines, human resources, and the system and its mechanism; as well as the relationship among the disciplinary planning, implementation and evaluation, etc.
