摘要
教师知识共享是学校组织知识的构建机制,其中社会资本是影响教师知识共享机制的主要因素。以社会资本理论为研究视角考察教师知识共享机制,可以将影响教师知识共享的社会资本要素分为关系和结构两个维度。人际信任是构建知识共享社会关系的前提要素,教师基于认识的信任产生知识共享的理性选择,同时基于情感的信任抵制学校中知识共享的"预知风险"。社会互动是学校信任关系中知识共享的行动基础,可以为知识共享建立社会导航和增加知识共享的有效性。
Teachers' knowledge sharing is a mechanism of school institutional knowledge. Social capital acts as the main influence element of this mechanism. When we examine the teachers' knowledge sharing mechanism from the social capital perspective, the social capital influence factors can be divided into "relational dimension" and "structural dimension". Interpersonal trust is the fundamental element for constructing knowledge sharing's relational dimension. Based on cognitive experiences, teachers could make reasonable choices about knowledge sharing. In the meantime, teachers' emotional trust could help to prevent the potential risks from knowledge sharing. Social interaction is the primary factor for knowledge sharing' behavior. This interaction builds social navigation for knowledge sharing. Also, it improves the effectiveness of knowledge sharing.
