中医个案报告的选题策略

Topic Selection Strategy in Chinese Medicine Case Report

个案报告是对第一手临床资料的记录,也是传统中医学经典文献的重要组成部分,在中医药领域的应用非常广泛。恰当的选题是中医个案报告体现学术价值及临床指导意义的关键。目前中医个案报告选题中有相当一部分在诊断、治疗过程中未体现创新性与中医特色,也无特殊的借鉴意义,并非个案报告的恰当选题。基于目前中医个案报告现状,通过分析中医学术期刊个案报告选题中存在的问题,认为中医个案报告选题在参考国际通用的个案报告选题范围的基础上,应结合中医药学科特色与优势进行调整,以突出中医特色,体现中医优势,传承中医学术精华。选题内容可侧重于中医药在现代医学新领域的发挥,中医药在新发传染性疾病中的应用,中医学经典著作中理论、治法、方药的继承与发挥,中医在优势病种尤其是急重症、难治病、罕少见病中的应用,以及对中医药不良反应或诊疗失误的总结等方面。

Case report is the record of the first-hand Chinese medicine clinical data,and also an important part of traditional Chinese classical document. It is widely applied in Chinese medicine field. Proper topic selection is the key point of Chinese medicine case report in reflecting its academic value and clinical guiding significance. At present,in significant part of Chinese medicine case reports,the topic selection has no innovation or Chinese medicine features in diagnosis and treatment,and has no significance for use of reference,thus the topic selection is not proper for Chinese medicine case reports. Based on the current situation of Chinese medicine case reports,the article analyzes the existing problems in case report topic selection in the Chinese medicine academic journals. The article points out that,Chinese medicine case report topic selection should refer to the universal case report topic selection scope in the world,and combine with the features and advantage of Chinese medicine,so that to highlight Chinese medicine features,to reflect Chinese medicine advantage,and inherit the academic essence of Chinese medicine. The selected topics can emphasize the role of Chinese medicine in new fields of modern medicine,the application of Chinese medicine in new infectious disease,the inheritance of the theory,treatment methods and formulation in Chinese medicine classical literature,the use of Chinese medicine in dominant diseases（ especially in critical illness,refractory diseases,and rare diseases）,and the summary of adverse effects and diagnosing and treating faults.
