三焦针法治疗癌性疲劳40例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 40 Cases of Cancer-Related Fatigue Treated by “Sanjiao Acupuncture”

目的观察"三焦针法"治疗癌性疲乏的临床疗效。方法将80例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例。对照组给予中西医基础治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上联合"三焦针法"治疗,取穴膻中、中脘、气海、血海(双侧)、足三里(双侧)、外关(双侧),每日1次。两组疗程均为2周。采用症状分级量化表、多维度疲乏量表(MFI)、焦虑抑郁测评量表(HADS)、癌症治疗功能评估疲乏量表(FACTF)比较治疗前后两组中医证候积分、疲乏、焦虑与抑郁、生活质量的变化,并进行中医证候疗效比较。结果治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率为75%,明显优于对照组的45%(P<0.01)。两组治疗后中医证候积分较治疗前均降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后疲乏评分、焦虑与抑郁评分较本组治疗前明显降低,生活质量评分较治疗前升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 "三焦针法"可有效改善肿瘤患者的癌性疲乏及其伴随的焦虑与抑郁,提高生活质量。

Objective To observe clinical efficacy treated by ＂Sanjiao acupuncture＂in patients with cancerrelated fatigue. Methods Eighty patients with malignant tumor were divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 40 cases in each. Both groups were treated with basic treatment of Chinese and Western medicine; The treatment group was added additionally with ＂Sanjiao acupuncture＂treatment at points Danzhong（ RN 17）,Zhongwan（ RN 12）,Qihai（ RN 6）,Xuehai（ SP 10,bilateral）,Zusanli（ ST 36,bilateral）,and Waiguan（ SJ 5,bilateral）,once daily. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. Changes of Chinese medicine syndromes score,fatigue,anxiety and depression,quality of life in the two groups were compared by using Symptomatic Grading and Quantifying Scale,Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory（ MFI）,Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale（ HADS）,and Function Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Fatigue（ FACT-F）, and the curative effects on Chinese medicine syndrome were evaluated.Results In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 75%,which was significantly better than 45% in the control group（ P 〈0. 01）. After treatment,the Chinese medicine syndromes score in the both groups were lower than that before treatment（ P 〈0. 05 or P〈 0. 01）,and the Chinese medicine syndromes score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group（ P 0. 01）. The scores of fatigue,anxiety and depression after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment in the treatment group,and the quality of life scores in the treatment group were higher than those before treatment（ P〈 0. 05 or P〈 0. 01）,while the scores of fatigue,anxiety and depression,quality of life in the treatment group were better than those in the control group（ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion ＂Sanjiao acupuncture＂can effectively improve fatigue of cancer patients and the related anxiety and depression,and also improve the quality of life.
