冷轧压下率对Hi-B钢初次及二次再结晶的影响 被引量:4

Effect of cold rolling reduction on primary and secondary recrystallization of Hi-B steel

摘要 在实验室条件下模拟CSP工艺制备Hi-B钢,设计了从冶炼到二次再结晶退火的一系列工艺,借助EBSD和XRD技术对不同冷轧压下率下Hi-B钢初次及二次再结晶退火过程中组织与织构的演变规律进行了研究。研究表明:不同冷轧压下率试样中,初次再结晶织构特征总体上相同,主要以γ织构({111}<112>和{111}<110>)为主。同时,冷轧压下率在很大程度上影响二次再结晶Goss织构的演变,过大或过小的压下量都不利于二次再结晶Goss晶粒的异常长大。 Hi-B steel was prepared by simulated CSP technology in laboratory, and a series of processes from smelting to secondary recrystallization annealing were designed. Microstructure and texture evolution of Hi-B steel with different cold rolling reduction in primary and secondary recrystallization annealing process were studied by means of EBSD and XRD technique. The results show that primary recrystallization texture of the steel with different cold rolling reduction is about the same, which is mainly composed ofγtexture ({111}〈112〉 and{111} 〈110〉) . Meanwhile, Goss texture development in secondary recrystallization is greatly affected by cold rolling reduction, too large or too small of it is not conducive to the abnormal growth of Goss grain.
