摘要
氧化烧损是热连轧机组加热炉工艺过程中影响成材率的重要因素,研究了钢坯加热过程中钢种、加热温度、加热时间、炉内气氛对氧化烧损量的影响,并提出相应的改进措施。结果表明:钢中的碳可有效抑制钢坯被氧化;氧化烧损量随着加热温度的升高和加热时间的延长而增加;炉内气氛的氧化性越强,氧化烧损量越大。通过优化加热时间和加热温度、减少冷热坯混装、合理控制炉内气氛以及加强加热炉设备密封性等措施,可有效降低加热炉的氧化烧损量。
Oxidizing burning loss of steel in heating furnace was an important factor that affects the qualified rate of hot continuous rolling. Effects of steel type, heating temperature, heating time and furnace atmosphere on oxidizing burning loss were studied during heating process, and the corresponding improvement measures were put forward. The results show that carbon in steel can inhibit steel from being oxidized, with heating temperature and time increasing and oxidation of atmosphere in furnace stronger, the oxidizing burning mass loss of steel increases. According to the results of the experiments, oxidizing burning mass loss can be effectively decreased through some measures, such as:optimizing heating temperature and heating duration, reducing mixed loading of hot billets with cold billets, reasonably controlling furnace atmosphere and improving sealing performance of furnace.
