摘要
对CTF-2000通过式回火炉的加热参数、循环风量进行了优化设计。结果表明:设计过程中,尽量减小炉膛内料盘以外不必要的多余通道面积,及尽量放大风量的储备系数,可使回火炉满足(150±7.5)℃均温51 min的客户要求。
Heating parameter and circulating air volume of CTF-2000 through-type tempering furnace were optimal designed. The results show that during the process, reduce the unnecessary space except the trays in heating room as much as possible, and enlarge coefficient of reservation of air amount, which make tempering furnace meet the customer requirement of (150±7. 5) ℃ for 51 min.
