摘要
以某热处理厂电阻炉的实际使用情况为例,介绍了目前国内特殊合金热处理用电阻炉在进行高温测量时出现的热工性能缺陷等问题。通过对设定温度450、620和780℃的标定,分析了原电阻炉炉温均匀性和系统控温精度不达标的原因,有针对性地对原电阻炉进行了优化改进,并加以测试验证,使其TUS及SAT最终符合AMS 2750E二级炉要求。
Taking an actual situation of resistance furnace in a heat treatment plant as a case, thermal performance defect of resistance furnace for special alloy during pyrometry test were introduced. Through the temperature 450, 620 and 780 ℃calibration of the set, the reason of the substandard survey of TUS and SAT are analyzed, as a consequence the furnace reach the pyrometric requirements in AMS 2750E class 2 by the technical modification and reformation.
