摘要
肌腱损伤是体育运动和日常生活中常见的伤病类型,运动性肌腱损伤主要包括肌腱过度劳损性损伤导致的慢性肌腱病和大负荷强度作用于肌腱导致的肌腱部分撕裂或完全断裂,常反复发作且难以治愈。干细胞对于促进机体损伤的修复具有重要的作用,是运动医学、再生医学和临床医学研究的热点。综述归纳了体育运动中常见的肌腱损伤的研究现状,指出了干细胞研究的发展及其在再生医学和运动医学中的应用,在此基础上对以干细胞为基础的细胞移植疗法促进损伤肌腱修复进行展望。
Tendon injuries are common injuries in athletics and daily life,including tendinopathy caused by overusing and partial tear or complete rupture of tendon caused by high load,which often recur and are difficult to cure.As a focus area in sports medicine,regenerative medicine and clinical medicine＇s research,stem cells plays an important role in promoting the repair of the damage of the body.This review summarizes the current situation of tendon injuries in sports,pointing out the development of research on Stem cells and the applications in regenerative medicine and sports medicine.On this basis,cell therapy based on stem cell was prospected to enhance the cure and repairment of tendon injuries.
