翅片切断装置的虚拟样机技术研究

摘要 在翅片成形机总体结构中,切断装置要保证翅片准确、快速地切断。采用虚拟样机技术,在建立翅片切断装置装配模型的基础上,运用ADAMS软件对翅片切断装置进行运动仿真,获得翅片切断装置在真实运动条件下工作时的相关数据和曲线。通过动画形式演示其实际运动情况,进一步检验设计的合理性,对相关机械设备的开发研制具有借鉴意义。 The fin should be cut off accurately and quickly by cutoff device in the design of fin shaper structure. The virtual prototype technology was adopted, the kinematics simulation of fin cutoff device were carried out by ADAMS software on the basis of established fin cutoff device, and related data and curve were obtained in the process of cutting off the fin motion. In order to further verify the rationality of the design, the actual movement of the cutoff device can be obtained through the animation form, it has important significance to the correlation machinery equipment design and development.
