摘要
为了促进传统农机企业信息化,提高企业判断现有物料可用量对生产计划满足程度与物料瓶颈识别的能力,通过对逆向物料需求计划(Material Requirement Planning,MRP)算法和物料清单(Bill Of Material,BOM)结构的研究,提出基于物料瓶颈的、面向农机生产的逆向MRP算法,结合模块化BOM的构建技术,开发出基于模块BOM的农机生产逆向MRP系统。该系统采用C/S三层结构框架模式,实现了农机BOM信息的数据存储、物料瓶颈识别和逆向MRP计算等功能。最后给出了面向农机生产的逆向MRP系统的实现案例。
In order to promote the traditiona/agricultural machinery enterprise information and improve the abilities to judge the satisfaction for plan by existing available material and identify material bottlenecks. Based on the research of the reverse Material Requirement Planning(MRP) algorithm and BOM structure, the agricultural machinery production oriented reverse MRP algorithm is put forward. Combining modularized Bill Of Material ( BOM ) building technology, agricultural machinery production reverse MRP system based on module BOM is developed. The system uses C/S mode and realizes the function of agricultural machinery BOM information data storage and the reverse calculation of MRP. Finally the case of the reverse MRP system for agricultural machinery oroduction imnlementation is given.
