腹壁原发疝及切口疝修补的现状及趋势 被引量:3

摘要 自Usher20世纪50年代末应用合成补片修补腹壁疝以来,腹壁原发疝和切口疝(以下统称腹壁疝)的修补技术已经发生了巨大变化,特别是近二十多年来随着腹腔镜和机器人及新材料补片的引入,使腹壁疝的修补技术及效果获得了令人瞩目的成就。然而,尽管成绩斐然,但在使用何种修补技术及材料上仍存在着争议。另外在如何预防补片引起的并发症及获取术后更好治疗效果上还有待进一步探索。以下就国内外在腹壁疝修补方面的现状及趋势作一阐述。
