二甲基亚砜生产中低污染控制模型设计与仿真

摘要 针对制取二甲基亚砜过程中产生大量污染的问题,提出一种基于改进遗传算法的二甲基亚砜生产中的低污染控制过程设计方法.建立了低污染控制问题模型,引入惩罚函数法,对该模型进行约束,将二甲基亚砜污染残液污染浓度最小作为低污染最优控制目标函数,将下降搜索算法和改进遗传算法相结合,对低污染控制问题非线性数学模型进行寻优.结果表明,采用改进的控制模型可以有效降低二甲基亚砜生产过程中污染液的排放量. In order to solve the problem that a lot of pollution is produced in the preparation process ofdimethyl sulfoxide, a design method for low pollution control process in the production of dimethylsulfoxide was proposed based on the improved genetic algorithm. In addition, the model for low pollutioncontrol problem was established, and the penalty function method was introduced to restrain the model. Theminimum residual liquid pollution concentration of dimethyl sulfoxide was taken as the objective function forthe optimal control of low pollution, and the drop search algorithm and improved genetic algorithm werecombined to optimize the nonlinear mathematical model for the low pollution control problem. The resultsshow that the improved control model can effectively reduce the discharge amount of pollution liquid in theproduction process of dimethyl sulfoxide.
