摘要
合成了一种3D砂型打印用无机粘结剂,研究了其常温抗压强度、抗吸湿性、溃散性、稳定性等使用性能。结果表明,该粘结剂强度高、粘度低,能够实现快速硬化,抗吸湿性好,溃散性能优异,体系稳定,是一种性能优异的3D砂型打印用无机粘结剂。
A type of inorganic binder used in three dimensional printing of sand motet was synmesizea, The performances such as compressive strength, moisture resistance, shakeout property and stability were teste& The results show that the binder is high-performance inorganic binder for three dimensional printing of sand mold with high compressive strength, low viscosity, rapid hardening, good moisture resistance, shakeout property and stability.
