Cr对铸造Al-Si-Cu-Mg合金电导率与力学性能的影响

摘要 研究了不同Cr含量对Al-4Si-1Cu-0.5Mg合金电导率和力学性能的影响。结果表明:Cr对该合金可起一定的强化作用,但会造成伸长率下降和电导率略降低;含Cr为0.15%的合金,经过T6处理后,电导率达到25.45 MS/m,拉伸强度仅为296 MPa;含Cr为0.30%时,经过变质+T6处理后,合金的电导率为24.70 MS/m,但拉伸强度可达到363 MPa,均超过ZL101A的电导率和强度。对合金进行变质处理后,可以明显提高合金的力学性能,但对电导率的影响不大。 Effects of different Cr contents on the Al-4Si-lCu-0.5Mg alloy electrical conductivity and mechanical properties have been studied systematically. The results show that Cr elements can play a certain role in strengthening the alloy, but the elongation decreases and the electrical conductivity decreases slightly. Alloy containing Cr 0.15%, after T6 treatment, the electrical conductivity of the alloy is 25.45 MS/m, tensile strength is only 296 MPa. Alloy containing Cr 0.30% , after modification of + T6 treatment, the electrical conductivity of the alloy is 24.70 MS/m, but the tensile strength can reach 363 MPa, the electrical conductivity and strength are better than ZL101A. Modification of the alloy can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the alloy, but has little effect on electrical conductivity.
