超声波熔体处理对铸造35CrMo钢铸锭显微疏松的影响

摘要 利用光学显微镜(OM)分析测试方法研究了超声波熔体处理(UST)对铸造35Cr Mo钢铸锭显微疏松缺陷的影响。结果表明,超声波处理能显著减少铸锭中的显微疏松,疏松百分比明显减少;铸锭不同部位显微疏松减少程度不同,超声波对靠近工具头熔体区域显微疏松减少效果更明显。 The effect of ultrasonic melt treatment (UST) on microporosity defects of 35CrMo steel ingot casting was studied by optical microscope (OM). The experimental results show that ultrasonic treatment can significantly reduce the microporosities in ingot casting. The reduction degree of microporosities at different positions is different. Microporosities at the center part of the ingot were obviously reduced.
