摘要
借助熔炼制备合金的方法以及OM、SEM研究和分析了Mo的添加对微合金铸钢组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明;正火后随Mo含量增加,组织中珠光体、铁素体数量减少,贝氏体铁素体数量增加。回火后组织中的贝氏体铁素体转变为铁素体和渗碳体粒子;随Mo含量增加,纽扣铸锭试样的硬度、强度增加,塑性降低;拉伸断口韧窝尺寸与深度均减小。
The effect of Mo addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties ofmicroalloyed cast steel was analyzed by means of alloy smelting, OM and SEM. The experimental results show that the number of pearlite and ferrite decreased with increasing Mo content after normalizing while the number ofbainite ferrite increased. The microstructure transformed from bainite ferrite into ferrite and cementite particles after tempering. Hardness and strength of the ingot increased with the increase of Mo content while the plasticity decreased. The size and depth of tensile fracture dimples both decreased.
