预置温度场金属型模具设计原理及其应用

摘要 基于传热学原理,找出了金属型模具的合理壁厚与铸件壁厚之间的关系,及在铸件顺序凝固方向预置温度场的方法。并将其应用于改善低压铸造铝合金车轮的质量。结果表明,在材料利用率提升8.9%的同时,轮辋的力学性能可达到屈服强度214MPa、抗拉强度276MPa、伸长率5.3%,SDAS为22.6~30.3μm。 A relationship between proper thickness of metal mold and casting thickness has been found out based on the principle of heat transfer, and a method used to preset temperature field at directional solidification direction also has been reporteck They had been used to improve aluminum wheel quality with low pressure die casting. The result shows that with 8.9% increase of material utilization, mechanical properties of the rim, yield strength, tensile strength and elongation can reach 214 MPa, 276 MPa, 5.3%, respectively, and SDAS varies from 22.6 p.m to 30.3 μm.
