摘要 为了解决大尺寸、宽轮辋A356铝合金车轮轮辋缩松、漏气及90°冲击试验不合格的问题,改进了模具轮辋型腔,增加了侧模冷却风盒。经工艺验证,对车轮轮辋进行了力学性能测试、气密性检查及90°冲击试验。验证结果表明,改进后的模具,提高了车轮轮辋的力学性能,解决了缩松、漏气及90°冲击试验不合格的问题。 The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems of rims on dispersed shrinkage, air leakage and disqualification on 90° impact test of A356 aluminum alloy wheel with large diameter and wide rim. In this paper, the mould cavity of rim is improved and the air cooling boxes are added to the side moulds. During the process validation, mechanical properties test, air-tight test and 90° impact test are conducted on the wheel rim. The test results show that the improved moulds have good effects on improving the mechanical properties of rim and solving the problems of dispersed shrinkage, air leakage and disqualification on 90° impact test.
