关于创业型大学研究的八个基本观点

Eight Basic Points in Research of Entrepreneurial University

在推动创业型大学建设的热潮中,有一些基本观点需要达成共识。创业型大学的组织特性,不是学术资本主义,而是学术资本转化,这是创业型大学的灵魂所在;传统型大学的社会服务职能,不等同于创业型大学的学术创业,但属于创业型大学的过渡形态;教学型大学、研究型大学与创业型大学等三者的划分是相对的,前面两者都可以转化为创业型大学,后面两者属于并列关系而不是递进关系;创业型大学并不意味着每位学生都要去创业,并不意味着一所大学每位教师都要直接推动学术成果转化。目前,主要依靠文凭作为商品、并以赚取学费为主的营利性大学不是严格意义上的创业型大学。

In the upsurge of pushing entrepreneurial university construction,some basic points have to reach agreements.The organization characteristic of entrepreneurial university is academic capital transformation rather than academic capitalism,which is the soul of entrepreneurial university.The social service function of traditional university is not equal to the academic entrepreneurship of entrepreneurial university,but belongs to the transitional form of entrepreneurial university.The division among teaching-oriented university,research university and entrepreneurial university is relative,in which the first two can be transformed into entrepreneurial university,and the last two belong to coordinate relationship rather than progressive relationship.Entrepreneurial university does not mean that every student should go to start his own business,and that every teacher has to directly push the transformation of academic achievement.At present,the university which mainly relies on diploma as a business to make profits by earning tuition is strictly not an entrepreneurial university.
