高校学术委员会建设探析

学术委员会作为高校学术组织,承担引领学术发展的重要任务。作为现代大学制度建设的重要内容,高校学术委员会建设,要以制度建设为基础,推进学术委员会与现代大学管理体制的有机融合。通过顶层设计,有效理顺学术权力与政治权力、行政权力的关系,构建以学术委员会为核心的学术组织体系,实现学术管理与行政管理的协调统一。在学术委员会建设中,要明确学术委员会的性质、职责,健全工作制度,同时加强学术委员会自身建设,保障有效运行。

As an academic organization of a university,the Academic Committee’s duty is to guide the academic development.System construction is the foundation of the construction of university academic committee.As an important content of the development of the modern university system,the construction of university academic committee should make an organic integration of the academic committee and modern university management system.Through the top layer designs,we will sort out the relationship between the academic authority,political authority and executive power and build an academic organizaztion system whose core is the academic committee,meanwhile,realize the coordination and harmonization of academic and executive management.During the construction of university academic committee,we should scope out the nature and duty of the committee,while improve the working system and strengthen the construction of its own in order to ensure an effective operation.
