摘要
解读高校思想政治理论课教师的行为,角色理论是很好的视角。职业身份赋权充足、角色扮演环境明晰、角色转换能力较强,都是教师容易产生角色认同、自觉扮演角色的前提和条件。目前,高校思想政治理论课教师角色扮演中存在的问题在于:教师因权利与义务的不一致、角色扮演环境难以组织以及角色转换能力较弱等原因,限制其对角色的认同,导致其在角色扮演中面临矛盾和冲突,阻碍其新角色的扮演和固化。这对高校思想政治理论课的教学体制、政府和学校对教师的角色规定以及教师自身的角色转换能力提出考验。
Role theory is a good perspective to understand teachers’ role in university ideological and political theory course.The prerequisites and conditions that facilitate teachers’ role recognition and spontaneous role play are complete identity of profession,roles that are expected to be more vivid,an atmosphere that encourages interactions,the channels that enable the transition between a new role and the old one,as well as the new role being established completely and solidly.Nowadays,the issues that the teachers face are limiting their incapability to identify the new role,inability to take the challenges,lack of empowerment,defective identities,insufficient interaction between teachers and students,and the prerequisites for role recognition.These issues are providing challenges to the current system of university ideological and political theory education,ruling of teachers’ role by the government and the university management,and teachers’ capability of transition among multiple roles as well.
