摘要
高校招生制度的改革,是精英教育向大众教育转变的基础。而高校毕业生数量的逐年攀升,使得我国的就业压力已由知识层次较低的人群转向大学生群体。基于大学生就业的多重困惑,借助高校辅导员自身优越性,形成对大学生就业及相关研究的理论性参考,进而反思体制,调整教育指向。
Reform in college enrollment system is the foundation for transferring from elite education to mass education.The increasing number of college graduates makes our country’s employment pressure transfer from population with low knowledge level to college students.Based on the multiple confusion in college student employment,we should take advantage of college counselors’ superiority to provide theoretical reference for current college student employment and related research,thereby rethinking the system and adjusting education direction.
