高职院校人文素质教育的模式探究

Research on the Pattern of Humanity Quality Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着我国高等职业教育由"粗放式"发展模式逐步转入"精细化"内涵式发展阶段,校企深度融合已成为培养高素质技术技能型人才的必由之路。文章通过对新形势下的高职院校人文素质教育的研究分析,结合我国高职院校人文素质教育的现状,提出高职院校开展人文素质教育的必要性,阐述高职院校影响学生人文素质教育的要素,对基于校企合作模式下人文素质教育模式相关问题进行分析比较,提出新形势下高职院校人文素质教育的创新模式和体系,以期高职院校在人文素质教育上得以借鉴。

With our higher vocational education from ＂extensive type＂into ＂refined type＂connotative development stage,the deep integration of school and enterprise has become the necessary way for training high quality technical talents.This paper put forward the necessity of humanistic quality education at higher vocational education through research on humanistic quality education under the new situation and combined with the present situation of our current humanistic quality education in higher vocational colleges,expounded the element of humanistic quality education for students effected by higher vocational colleges.The related issues of mode of humanistic quality education was analyzed and comprised based on school-enterprise cooperation model; the innovation mode and system of humanistic quality education of higher vocational college students was proposed.The research on humanism quality education could provide references for other higher vocational colleges.
